Introduction
Reefsteamers was started in the early 90's to preserve the remaining ex Railways Steam Engines. They are
based at the old Germiston Steam Loco Depot in some buildings dating from 1910. Reef Steamers run monthly trips
to Heidelberg, Springs, West Rand, Pretoria and Magaliesburg.
They also do special trips on request, all with steam engines.

and even a steam crane made by J. Booth & Brothers in Rodley Leeds in 1936.
